Think of Swedish massage as the classic go-to for relaxation. It uses long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and light to medium pressure to help release muscle tension, improve circulation, and melt away stress. It’s perfect if you’re new to massage or simply want to unwind and feel refresh
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Designed especially for moms-to-be, this massage helps ease the aches, tension, and fatigue that often come with pregnancy. Using safe and gentle techniques, it focuses on comfort and relaxation, helping you feel more at ease as your body goes through changes.

I do have a 2 hour minimum and duration can be anywhere from 8 - 30 minutes per person. feel free to reach out with any questions.
Cupping Therapy
A traditional healing technique that uses special cups placed on the skin to create suction. Cupping helps increase blood flow, relieve muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. Ideal for recovery, stress relief, and overall wellness.
Cupping can be included with any Swedish or Deep Tissue massage at no additional cost. Simply let me know during your intake before your session begins.
Intraoral Massage
Intraoral massage is a specialized technique that focuses on the muscles inside the mouth and along the jawline. Performed with gloved hands, this treatment targets tension in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), as well as surrounding muscles in the face, head, and neck.
This therapy is especially beneficial for clients who experience jaw pain, teeth grinding (bruxism), TMJ dysfunction, headaches, or tension from clenching. By working both externally and internally, intraoral massage helps release deeply held muscular tension, improve jaw mobility, and promote long-term relief from chronic discomfort.
This treatment is gentle, precise, and always performed with your comfort and consent in mind.
Intraoral can be added with any Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage at no additional cost. Simply let me know during your intake before your session begins.
